Consign

  • We’ll care for your gently-used items as you would, presenting them beautifully to achieve the highest selling price.

  • We accept contemporary, antique, and mid-century furniture, art, rugs, lamps, and decor. **We are NOT currently taking beds or hanging light fixtures.

  • Please note, we typically do not accept items that are damaged, stained, or need to be repaired or reupholstered.

  • We will price merchandise fairly, to be determined by many factors including original price, market value, condition, sales trends, etc.

  • The price on your items will remain at the established price for as long as customers are interested in the piece, then may be marked down as we see fit.

  • The proceeds of all sales are shared evenly at 50/50 within a 90-day contract period

  • Items not sold by the end of the 90-day period must be picked up within 30 days or may be donated. (Contracts may be extended as well).

  • It is Consignor’s responsibility to monitor the sale of their items via the online portal.

  • Checks may be picked up at the store on or after the 10th of each month in arrears.

  • We do not handle delivery services, but can provide a list of local recommendations as needed.

  • All items MUST be pre-approved, and deliveries to The Refinery scheduled in advance.

  • Be sure to clean & touch-up your pieces prior to delivery to ensure they’re sellable! Items may be returned or fees assessed if cleaning is required upon delivery.
